The great Hooves On The Turf blog posted an excellent backyard performance with England’s Fanfarlo as part of the site’s series The Secret Garden. The video, shot a few blocks from the Red House Pizzeria in Austin during SXSW, features three songs from the band’s new album, Reservoir: “Finish Line,” “Luna,” and “Comets.” The group’s lead singer Simon Balthazar reminds me of Alec Ounsworth of Clap Your Hands Say Yeah… but with an accent.
