“Forever,” arguably the biggest rap song of the year, was easy to care about because of the sheer amount of talent on it. Drake, Eminem, Yeezy and Weezy is enough to make you pay attention just so you can have an opinion when someone brings it up. It’s a lot harder to care about the litany of remixes featuring mediocre rappers and mediocre verses that appear when a big song or a big beat comes out. I clicked on this just to see if it would be any good and it was really good. I actually like some of the verses more than the original. The rappers involved are S-Preme, LA, and Bullet and all hail from Chicago. I don’t know them, maybe you do. But what I do know is that they did a great job.

I’ve read the book ‘Dream Boogie’ the life and time of Sam Cooke’ If the movie is as good as the book, Sam Cooke will get the respect that he has been deserving of for many years.
