Passion Pit Remix Max Tundra (mp3) + Passion Pit at Bonnaroo video

text: Colin McLaughlin

A couple of things. The first is the Passion Pit remix of Max Tundra’s “Which Song.” I’m going to let you go in blank on it, but if you like Passion Pit’s sound, I’m sure you’ll find something in it’s mix that you’ll latch onto. Second is a clip of Passion Pit playing “Little Secrets” at Bonnaroo 2009 from the Bonnaroo 2009 DVD. I was at this show and it was a blast. It seems to be captured in all its glory here and for once, all those ADHD quick camera cuts that editors have been diggin’ since the ‘90s seem to make sense.

Passion Pit to your liking? You'll sweat:

My man and I love Sufjan and his Christmas cds so much, we’ve decided to tell our little girl that Saint Sufjan brings presents on Christmas morn. I know; we’re huge dorks.

Anyway… thanks, Saint Colin! I’m really enjoying this.

Those portraits are adorable. No wonder melophobe has such a band crush on these guys.

there is no canceling out a douchebag with another douchebag, it just means that corner of the world is awash in douches. Yeah I went there.

A question regarding the black lips/wavves tiff: would we say it’s doubly douchebagged when douchebags are douchey to each other, or does it all just cancel out?

not only is this hilarious and well-written review, but it sums up the evening at backspace perfectly.
