She & Him, the musical meet-up between Zooey Deschanel and M. Ward, is coming back soon according to Zooey:
“I have a new She & Him record coming out in the spring. It’s official. It’s done and being released in the spring. And we’re going to go on tour.”
That’s right, more sweet country-flavored indie pop that’s perfect for that Sunday morning spring cleaning session. Or at the very least, more good natured music in a sea of mopey, “why does it always gotta rain on me?” tunes. I’d be surprised if it wasn’t solid and I’ll probably remind you about it again when I actual get a release date, but for now, I’ll leave you with its title...Volume Two.
